Harvested by hand, 4 hours skin contact, without sulphurisation of the grape must or juice, fermented with wild yeast, malolactic fermentation, aged in stainless-steel tank.
Fresh white apple fruit, a touch of pear, subtle herbal notes. Complex, full-bodied, sweet extract, backed by minerality, elegant acidity, oranges in the finish, good aging potential.
