Harvested by hand, de-stemmed and macerated for 14 hours, without sulphurisation of the grape must or juice, wild yeast fermentation in small oak barrels followed by 10 months aging in toasted Barrique with continuous stirring of the lees, malolactic fermentation, no filtration - natural clarification in large wooden barrels.
Oak-spice, a hint of crème brûlée, ripe yellow tropical fruits. Bodied, fine touch of peach, salty nuances, well-integrated new oak, adheres well, fresh style, white apple in the finish, good aging potential.
